at The Art House!
I had the most amazing bunch of kids through The Art House! Full of fun and creativity and funny ideas, lovely chats and kind words.
We talked about emotions, we talked about school, friendships and family. Non-confrontational and free-flowing. I am not here to solve but to facilitate working through thoughts through art, through movement and ‘flow’ state.
They all created art unique to them; my classes aren’t about paint-by-numbers or colouring in on canvas - those have their place - but not in my Art House! We create from scratch, work through ideas, push boundaries and have conversations. We learn about where famous artists and styles come from. Blending techniques and mediums, giving things a go. The art is the process, not always the finished product.
